Definition of EFR

Electronic financial resources in the author’s terminology are electronic means of payment and other electronic financial means (including digital currencies and assets), presented in the format of EDF Technology, which significantly increases its functionality and possibilities of use.

Technology EFR

Electronic Financial Resources (EFR) technology allows both centralised and decentralised issue of EFR (including e-currencies and assets), supports electronic cash and non-cash payments, allows setting of laws, properties and usage parameters, has the highest degree of protection against theft and hacking.

The technology is the know-how of the project author and is protected by certificates of deposit #2207925 and #2207932.

More information about the technology can be found on the project forum.

Classification of e-finance resources (EFR)

The standard format for the designation of EFR: [type][code]

Compact format (if possible): [prefix][code], where:
[type] - type of EFR (Table-1);
[prefix] - shortened EFR type (Table-1);
[code] - the unique alphabetic or numeric code.

* Both the prefix "e" and other prefixes may be applied.

The following classification rules apply to electronic currencies and assets:

  • World, international and national e-currencies are classified on the basis of the ISO-4217 standard, with a common prefix - type "e". World, international and national currency codes should be unique, have a 3-character format and be written in capital letters. For example:

    Table-2. Example of classification of world, international and national e-currencies.

    Description Design Code
    Electronic digital Euro e€ eEUR e978
    Electronic digital Russian Ruble e eRUR e643
    Electronic digital U.S.Dollar e$ eUSD e840

  • Corporate, private, virtual currencies and assets and other financial resources are categorised on the basis of internal standards. Each item is assigned a unique four-digit or more numeric and alphabetic code, which does not overlap with ISO-4217 and Table-1, within the framework of the established internal classification rules.

  • It is permissible to issue specific electronic financial resources with a prefix other than "e". In this case, they may have their own classification standards within the framework of the established internal classification rules.

Other EFRs are classified in accordance with the established internal classification rules.

Terms of use of an EFR

Usage of EFR in any form is only allowed within the framework of affiliate programs of this project or formalized contractual relations with the author of the project. To participate in affiliate programs, you shall register at www.eBank.site and choose one or more available affiliate programs.

To avoid victims of fraudulent activities, use only the resources of www.eBank.site and official partners to make transactions with EFR. The list of official partners will be published here after the start date (while the project is at the preparatory stage).

This technology is designed to accelerate progress and improve living standards in democratic countries. It cannot be used in countries with dictatorial regimes, or in countries that are supporters or sponsors of terrorism. It is also not intended to be used for destructive or fraudulent purposes.

Registration and maintenance of EFR

Prior to issuing and using an EFR, it must be officially registered on the World eBank website. An EFR registration service will be available in eCabinet (under development).

Officially registered EFRs receive a certificate of registration and an electronic EFR label:

Not all EFRs can be registered privately. Country, international and government entity names, as well as registered organisation names, trademarks, trade marks, cryptocurrencies and other officially registered names have priority over registration by the rights holder.

The EFR is serviced through the tools on the World eBank project website and its partners.
